Students can download the TalkCampus app and use your Westfield State University email for free, anonymous peer support and a 24/7 clinical helpline. To find the helpline number in the app, tap the square icon in the top right corner. At the dropdown menu, tap “Clinical Helpline.”
For the 2024-25 school year, 95% of our clients reported that counseling was an important factor in their continued success or academic achievement at Westfield State. Since 1995, the Counseling Center has provided a range of support services to the campus community, helping students achieve their goals. Services include counseling, crisis intervention, outreach programming, and more. Undergraduate and graduate internship opportunities are offered each academic year. Counseling is offered on a model in which the counselor actively assists the student in defining the problem, identifying specific goals, and producing change.
